One-to-One Additional Licence Application Support Sessions

One-to-one licence application sessions are being held at Reading Borough Council on 21 May 2026 to support landlords with the process of submitting a valid application. Delivered by Home Safe, the Council's delivery partner, these sessions will support landlords in completing licence applications through the online platform.
Landlords may book a 30-minute slot, which will provide individual support to:
- Register as an Applicant
- Add properties to their account
- Complete and submit a licence application
