Public Path Extinguishment and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order- Public Footpath 11, Green Park Village
The Council proposes to make a combined Public Path Extinguishment and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order in respect of Public Footpath No. 11 under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 (“the 1980 Act”) and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (“the 1981 Act”).

Results & Outcome
Any representations or objections must be made within 28 days of the date of first publication of the notice.
Where no objections are received within the statutory period, or where any objections are subsequently withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.
Where objections are received and not withdrawn, the Order may be submitted to the Secretary of State for determination. The Secretary of State may determine the matter through written representations, a local hearing, or a public inquiry.
If the Order is confirmed, the public right of way will be extinguished and the Definitive Map and Statement amended accordingly.
